Museum Open for Tours (Saturdays 10 AM – 2 PM)

April 4 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Free

Discover a meaningful and immersive historical experience at the Rev. George L. Fox Memorial Chapel & Museum, open every Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. Visitors are welcome to enjoy free self-guided tours of the George & Isadore Fox Museum.

Inside, each exhibit is rich with detail, bringing history to life through stories, artifacts, and thoughtfully presented information. You can explore at your own pace and engage with as much or as little detail as you like.

The museum honors the life and legacy of Rev. George L. Fox—one of the Immortal Four Chaplains of World War II. His extraordinary courage and sacrifice remain a powerful and often lesser-known story that continues to inspire generations.

Before World War II, Fox had already shown remarkable bravery. As a teenager, he enlisted in World War I and later received multiple honors for his service as an Army medical orderly.

The museum also shares the story of his widow, Rev. Isadore H. Fox, an ordained Methodist minister. She carried forward his legacy and their shared ministry for 40 years after his death, continuing her work until her passing at age 86.

Whether you are a history enthusiast or simply looking for something meaningful to do, the chapel and museum offer a quiet and memorable experience.

Admission is free, and donations are greatly appreciated to help preserve and share this important history.
