Celebration Pics

Today, the Gilman Public Gazebo came alive with music, laughter, and heartfelt memories as the community gathered for a special Summer Celebration in memory of Rev. Isadore H. Fox. From 1 to 3 PM, the gazebo transformed into a vibrant hub of connection, honoring a beloved figure while embracing the spirit of summer.  Rev Fox loved a good party!

🎶 Live Music & Local Flavor The band Lake Effect set the tone with popular tunes that echoed through the trees, drawing families, friends, and neighbors to the lawn. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with complimentary food provided by NEK Catering, offering delicious bites that perfectly matched the sunny vibes.

🎯 Games, Laughter, and Togetherness Lawn games like cornhole added a playful touch, inviting guests of all ages to join in. Whether you were playing volleyball, tossing beanbags or simply relaxing on your lawn chair, the event was a reminder of how powerful community can be when it gathers with purpose and joy.

🪑 Bring Your Chair, Share Your Heart Attendees were encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets, creating a patchwork of comfort and camaraderie across the green. Conversations flowed easily, stories were shared, and Rev. Fox’s legacy was honored not just in words, but in the very spirit of the gathering.

This celebration wasn’t just an event—it was a moment of unity, remembrance, and joy. Gilman showed once again that small towns can host big-hearted gatherings, and today’s summer celebration was proof that community spirit is alive and well.
